¿Qué significan las gemas coloridas asignadas a los nombres en los hilos?

A partir de participar en los foros, se cuenta tus posts (mensajes). Cuando alcances a una cantidad fija, recibirás la joya (gema) que pertenece al nivel logrado, como se ve en la lista abajo:

Opal 1
Ruby 30
Pearl 100
Emerald 500
Sapphire 1,000
Diamond 2,000

Yes Sancho, the gems or diamonds are as kind of grade, you would get in at time not very fear, then if you posting alot at the website, the same website count your post made, and if you have, I don't know perhaps one hundred post, you will get pearl, look at me, I have diamond now, because I have more than 2000 post made along of seven months, I mean, I have delayed seven months in do around of 2000 post, then if you continue entering at the website, you will see the change in your own figure.
