Hi guys and gals,

My native language is Castelian. Which is called Spanish in many places including Spain, which I do not understand, because the name of the language is Castelian. Right Sosia? :-)

I want to tell all of you, that you, actually, do not need to learn spanish.

If you know how to read, write and express yourself, then you do not need to re-learn that in spanish. Although, what you have to do is translate what you already know in english to spanish. That is totally different. :-)

Saludos a todos.

I forgot to thank you for the welcome, and that I will try to come in every day and help some.

Now, keep in mind that if you want help in spanish, you will have to do your job first. do not ask just how a word is written or pronounced in spanish.

Use a dictionary and check for both item before asking.

The same thing with a question or phrase you would like to formulate.

In that way it is easier for anybody to correct your work.

Hi Crotalito

You're welcome Compadre to our neighborhood, if you have some question at English, then you don't doubt in ask us.

Thank you. :-)

Bye the way, this phrase will sound better:

If you have (a or some) question (about or in) English, then (you) don't doubt in (asking or to ask) us.

Is it understandable with the parenthesis?

I think the most natural way to express it would be: "If you have any questions about English, don't hesitate to ask". :)

Hola Crotalito,

Thank all you two for your hints toward me.

I wanna say, you don't hesitate to ask.

That's right!. However, When you write "thank all you two..."

Can you see where is the mistake? if it wasn't a typo, of course. :-)

What if I told you to think correctly in spanish first, and then do that translation keeping in mind the "idiotsyncracy" of both languages? ;->

Hernan.
