Tu hablas ingles con ____ amigos?

Basically, then, the first word should be spelled tú. The capital letter is correct because it's the word of the question. This word means you. It is the subject of the sentence. The u must have an accent mark so that it can be distinguished from tu, another word that doesn't have the same meaning.
Questions in Spanish begin with an inverted question mark. The 'Accents' pull-down menu above the text input box has all the special characters you'll need to write proper Spanish.
The next word is the verb speak. The infinitive form of this verb in Spanish is hablar. But, since the subject is you, it is conjugated to hablas. In a question, tú hablas means do you speak.
The next word should be spelled inglés. This word means English. The accent mark is necessary to distinguish the word from ingles, another word with another meaning. Note that the word English is not capitalized in Spanish. So far, your sentence means do you speak English.
The next word means with.
The last word means friends.
So, your sentence is 'Do you speak English with ____ friends?'
I'm sure you know what English word goes in the blank now. :)

The Spanish equivalent will be tus. This is a plural form of the word tu (notice that there is no accent). This word means your. So does the plural form. It must be plural because amigos is plural. The determiner must agree with the object.

¿Tú hablas inglés con tus amigos?
= Do you speak English with your friends?
