Board of Trustees

How do you translate "Board of Trustees"? In the past, I have translated it as "Mesa Directiva". Is there something better I can use?

Mesa directiva

These were all the options I came up with after a quick internet search. I don't think "Mesa Fideicomisaria" would be a very good choice, although it did get one hit (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Mesa%20Fideicomisaria%22).
