oh I meant to say
12. Rafael tiene las más galletas de los chicos. Rafael has the most cookies of the boys
13. María tiene las menos joyas de las chicas. María has the least gems of the girls.
I guess I misunderstood.
But I guess you're right.
Rafael tiene las más deliciosas galletas. Rafael has the most delicious cookies.
María tiene las menos bonitas joyas. Maria has the least prettiest (ugliest) gems.

Yes, I know what you were trying to say. This, unfortunately, is not a superlative structure.
You need at least three people/objects among the group, otherwise you can't express the superlative. Let's say our group is a class of students. Now, you need to describe Lisa with an adjective, and express that adjective in its most superior or its most inferior form. For example:
Lisa is the tallest of the girls in the class.
Lisa es la más alta de todas las chicas en la clase.
Lisa is the shortest.
Lisa es la menos alta.
Edit: The sentences you added just now are using the superlative construct! There is a mistake in the English translation, though (least/most pretty). I think you said you needed to have a prepositional phrase - starting with de. So, you still need a construction like the first sentence above.

ok I understand :-) so what I wrote is correct?
I mean:
Rafael tiene las más deliciosas galletas. Rafael has the most delicious cookies.
María tiene las menos bonitas joyas. Maria has the least prettiest (ugliest) gems.

ok.
and yes, I said to use the preposition "de" but on the worksheet it says:
Use "de" with one of these superlatives to refer to a group or category.
I don't know if I can use only one sentence with "de".
Rafael tiene las más deliciosas galletas de los niños. Rafael has the most delicious cookies of the kids.
María tiene las menos bonitas joyas de las chicas. Maria has the least pretty gems of the girls.

Those are both good sentences.
If only one needs the prepositional phrase, just leave the phrase off of the other.

ok but there would still be 2 left over because there's another one with "de"...
Una película de terror es la peor clase de película de todas las películas.
Should I just leave that sentence with de and those 2 sentences without it?

That sentence isn't a very good sentence, now that I'm looking at it. If it's supposed to be superlative, the structure is incorrect. If it's supposed to be comparative, you need the peor que structure and only compare two objects.

it's superlative.
I don't think I can change it. Right now I'm in a room with computers and my only chance to print my project out. :-(
