What word would I use for "deck"? Like the thing that is built on the back of a house where you can put your grill and table and chairs and eat outdoors, etc.

And how would I describe a two-level deck?

Thanks!

What about "ándito"? I found that in the Tomisimo dictionary when I typed in "balcón".... But ándito almost sounds diminutive....

ándito it's a very technical word..... not common use.
I would use "terraza", "plataforma" or "balcón".
Other places simply say "desk".

Terraza = medium to large balcony for tables and chairs.
Balcón = smaller, narrow balcony, often no wider than a window, max. 3' deep.
Terrado = Huge rooftop area sometimes criss-crossed with washing lines.
Toldo = Tent or fabric canopy.

So the word you seek is - PATIO! <Y patio con dos niveles>.
