I think an English speaker would call them "snobs".

A snob girl/boy.Snob is a good definition, but make sure you use it as a noun. As an adjective, the word is snobby.
She's a snob.
She's a snobby girl.

We also use the adjectives arrogant, conceited, snooty or stuck up.
She's arrogant.
She's a conceited girl.
He's snooty.
He's stuck up.

"Preppy" is an apt slang term. When used as a noun, I've heard it both as "She's a prep" and "She's a preppy", but as an adjective it's always "preppy".

Here's a link with information about the names of the full moons during different months of the year, with explanations. It's kind of interesting! :)

Thank you! I didn't know it was not an adjective. I stand corrected. :rose:
