This is a discussion thread for the Daily Spanish Word (http://daily.tomisimo.org/) for March 28, 2009

matamoscas (masculine noun (el)) — flyswatter. Look up matamoscas in the dictionary (http://www.tomisimo.org/dictionary/spanish_english/matamoscas)

El matamoscas se ensucia mucho, pero casi nunca lo lavamos.
The flyswatter gets really dirty, but we hardly ever wash it.
