None of what you said is wrong, but current language usually makes shorter sentences like:

A ella le falta comprar huevos para hacer la torta ("el pastel" in Mexico).


"Algunos huevos" for "some eggs" sounds a bit awkward... it's better without "algunos".

"Para que pueda hacer la torta" is not incorrect, but it's more popular the shorter "para hacer".

"Still" can be added by "Aún/todavía le falta comprar huevos..."
