Como se llama en inglés a la pala que se acopla al tractor para cargar tierra o muebles`pesados ?

Do you want to know what we call the pala itself, or the entire machine?
I think the entire machine would be called a backhoe or a frontloader (these are different machines). Could you include a picture?

I mean the thing by itself attached to the tractor, that some people attach it when they need it, and it seems a backhoe.

The bucket carries the cargo. This is a front end loader.

The front part is called the bucket, the whole piece of machinery is usually called a front end loader, which can be a stand-alone machine or can be attached to a tractor.
