In the same translation I'm doing I need help with the term "gross national product" and "economic policies". I've tried to find them in the dictionaries, but without success. For economic policies, my best try would be "politicas económicas" but I'm not sure if that's right.

Thanks in advance.

Hi mannie, just as a side note, try to put your actual question in the title of the post instead of saying "Another question". That will help you get better responses. :)

As for your question, políticas econímicas sounds fairly good to me, and gross national product is producto interno bruto as far as I know. Sosia will correct me if I'm wrong on this. :)

Tomisimo is OK

"economic policies" is "políticas económicas", is OK

for the second, I will go with Producto Interior Bruto o PIB (Gross Domestic Product o GDP) as the most common usage. Some people (like Tomisimo :D says "Producto interno Bruto", wich is also OK)

If it's very specific, you have to read this:
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Producto%20Nacional%20Bruto (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Producto%20Nacional%20Bruto)
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Producto_Interno_Bruto

because before (2nd World war) was Producto Nacional Bruto o PNB (Gross National Product o GNP), so I don't know wich you're speaking.
here you can choose wich of them
Hope it helps
