Can someone please help me with what this means (I am not sure if I am even spelling it correctly) -- "Quien tiene un amigo un tasoto"

That must be the dicho: "Quien tiene un amigo tiene un tesoro", literally: "He who has a friend has a treasure", which means if you have a true friend that's something very worthwhile, very valuable.
