Como podemos usar este frase en una oración? How do we use this phrase in a sentence?
I am a person who is trying to learn Spanish, and would appreciate if you could answer my question and correct my grammatical and spelling errors. Thanks in advance.
Soy una chica tratando de entender español y estaría muy agradecida si ustedes podrían responder a mis preguntas y corrigir mis errores otrográficos y gramaticales (esta palabra exite?) Gracias. (Como se dice thanks in advance --gracias por todo, adelante? )

Yes, it does exist, and it's used to talk about grammar-related issues. Gracias. (¿Como Cómo se dice thanks in advance --gracias por todo, adelante de antemano ? )
Some corrections above.
@Eva: "indecible" is something that cannot be expressed with words. Specifically, this sentence is used when you have been through an intense suffering...
La enfermedad de Juan lo ha hecho sufrir lo indecible.
Juan's disease has made him suffer so very much, words cannot describe it.
Esta tarde en el dentista he sufrido lo indecible.
This afternoon, at the dentist, I have gone through excruciating pain.

Pudieran is the imperfect subjunctive and is the correct usage in this case.

Hmm not sure..
'To suffer immensely'
' To suffer unbearably'
' To suffer excruciatingly'
If you want to use 'words' I would have to side with what
poli said: ' Words cannot describe my agony/pain' or something
to that effect. :)

Where can I learn how to use/conjugate verbs in the imperfect subjunctive (what is the translation in English?)

Thanks,
Where can I learn how to use/conjugate verbs in the imperfect subjunctive (what is the translation in English?)
I don't know where you could best learn them online (apart from a grammarbook) perhaps someone else has a good suggestion for that.
One very handy tool (I think) that I use a lot , and that gives you the full conjugation of all Spanish verbs (as well as other languages) is Verbix.
It's free if you use it online:
http://www.verbix.com/languages/spanish.shtml
Another tool that I use (which is software that can be downloaded for free) to practise my conjugations is the Spanish Verbtrainer:
http://www.helloworld.com.es/English/downloads/spanishvm.htm
It allows you to practise many regular and irregular verbs in all tenses, which I think is quite good. There may be other software out there if you look for it. :)
As for the appropriate use of all tenses, this is a matter of grammar and practise. Maybe a native Spanish speaker (or very experienced bilinguist.. ;) ) can give you more clues or pointers on that as I am still learning this myself.;)
