I had to look up "substantive". It makes sense to me ... but feels awkward that way. Interesting.........
Right, the normal translation of sustantivo is noun, not substantive.

@Poli: nunca he escuchado referirse al filo de un cuchillo como "agudo". En todo caso, es mejor "un cuchillo filoso".
