Okay so the El diario de septiembre: ¿Quién soy? was not the right diary entry. I made a mistake. this month's journal entry is Mis vacaciones de verano.
I will first write in English, maybe I'll ask some questions on translations.
***
This summer we did not do much. We stayed home most of the time. However, we did go to Sandcastle, a waterpark, on August 17th. It was very fun. One week before that was my birthday. We didn't do anything special, but we did get to eat ice cream cake.
***
Here are a couple questions before I continue. I want to know the following translations, but I will still check the dictionary.
1. waterpark
2. ice cream cake
Currently I am working on the Spanish version of my not yet completed journal ^.

Conjugate the verb in the first sentence. Make sure you use the right tense.
The verb in the second sentence is conjugated, but it isn't in the correct tense.
The verb in the third sentence is conjugated correctly (it's the same in the present and the preterite for that person). :) You're missing a word in the third sentence, though. It is used to introduce a direct object that is a person.

Visitamos a mis parientes. You can omit the subject pronoun (nosotros) in both the first and second sentences, like you did in the third one.
The first verb is now conjugated, but it's in the present tense. It needs to be in a past tense.
The second verb is almost right. There's a spelling error in it.
The last sentence is perfect. :)

The second correction needs to be in the preterite tense. You're almost there!

Este verano no hicimos mucho. En julio fuimos a China. Visitamos a mis parientes. También visitamos La Gran Muralla China. Hace mucho calor. Todos los días son muy soleado. Necesitamos ducharse todos los días. Mis parientes siempre hablar el china. A veces no compredo. A la diez de agosto es mi cumpleaños. Comimos la torta de helado. A la diecisiete de agosto, mi familia y yo fuimos el parquet acuático.

There are too many followed "." at the beggining, if you can use some conectives('",", "y", "entonces", "luego", "[y] también".
(but it's gramatically correct that, just if you want to make it better)
