Yes. They are the same I think. Here I have Español - España and in my pc I use Español Internacional.

Yes in fact the keyboard is the same than the Mexican's keyboard, although the English's keyboard is different than the Mexican's one, but relatively the same, if you've knowledge to informatics, then I believe that you can configure the choices where you can change the language in Spanish or English too.:)
