In the U.S. the most common word I have used is a home-wrecker, which is more than likely slang.

I do agree, Nico. There is another related word that can be used in a more general context (the guy doesn't have to be married): man-eater.
And one more thing: the wife would probably refer to the home-wrecker simply as 'that bitch'.:D

I have another idea about the as you could to say it in another term.
Women destroy families.
This example is more simple but I believe that it gives you the idea about that it's talking about in the context more serious of the real life.
