Cuándo yo comencé tomando español, no tuve conocimiento acerca de mundo español. No supe nada en todo. La razón que elegí esta cantante es porque la canción se llama Es Por Ti de Juanes es la primera canción español que oí. Su canción lo único que me ha influido a aprender español. Es Por Ti fue introducido primero a mí en español 100 y el profesor nos dieron la letra de la canción y [nos hicieron cantamos por (made us sing along)]. Cada vez que oigo esta canción, devuelve memorias de cuando comencé primero aprender español en mi primer año en UBC. Después del escuchar esa canción, descargué muchas sus otras canciones. Entonces porque de sus canciones, comencé a escuchar otras canciones españolas y realicé cómo hermosa es la lengua español.

Su canción ES/FUE lo único que me ha influenciado a aprender español. Es Por Ti fue introducido primero a mí en español 100 y el profesor nos dio la letra de la canción y nos hizo cantarla. Cada vez que oigo esta canción, vuelven (which means return or come back, devuelven means they give back) memorias de cuando comencé a aprender español en mi primer año en UBC. Después de escuchar esa canción, descargué muchas de sus otras canciones. Entonces debido a (the word porque is used noramlly when answering a porqué question) sus canciones, comencé a escuchar otras canciones en español (españolas was right but you should remember he's from colombia so it would be clombianas...but i think you're referring to songs in spanish) y realicé que tan (como is used in questions) hermosa es la lengua española. (TIP: if the word before ex. lengua ends with a the adjective will finish also in a...same with e for masc. NOTE: this is a general tip it can work in 80% of the cases hahaha)

Even with all the corrections given by ERG, several errors remain.
In this forum, we encouraged to only give hints about what could be corrected by you. Otherwise, we'd be doing your homework for you!

There are things to fix in the first paragraph:
One sentence begins with a lowercase letter.
In most cases, there's no need to use a subject pronoun. Only the third-person pronouns should be a concern, and only if they're not established/understood.
It isn't proper Spanish to use a conjugated form of comenzar followed by a gerundio (___ando/iendo). Try using a preposition and an infinitive instead of the gerundio.
After una mezcla de, supply the object of the preposition first, then the adjectives. Make sure the adjectives agree with the object's gender/number. Fix the run-on sentence that follows. There are still other things to fix in this paragraph, but see if you can figure out what I've listed already.

The first error in the second paragraph will be fixed if you apply the suggestion I gave above (comenzar + gerundio).
The right correction for el profesor nos dio ... y nos hizo ... was given.
Other errors remain.
For example, realizar doesn't mean to realize something (as in it dawned on you). For that, use the correctly conjugated form of darse cuenta (de que).
