Can you all help me translate the word hip into Spanish? I mean hip as in cool or trendy, not cadera.

Hip is very close in meaning to cool. You can get an idea over at the urban dictionary (http://http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=hip).

This will only be understood in Mexico, but hip could be chidísimo.
