I would like to know what verb tenses are mostly used in modern spanish.
As of now I am fairly well with present, preterit, imperfect, conditional, future, present-perfect, present subjenctive.
How widely used is imperfect subjenctive, future subjenctive, conditional subjenctive, perfect subjenctive, etc.
stuff like that. I know its kind of confusing; I just want to know the most commonly used verb tenses. Thanks

The future subjunctive is not used in modern Spanish, but can be found in literary works and a couple of sayings.
All the other tenses are used in everyday speech. You'll need to know how to use them all.

How widely used is imperfect subjenctive, future subjenctive, conditional subjenctive, perfect subjenctive, etc. There is no such thing as a conditional subjunctive. The two subjunctives you really need to know are the present and imperfect, because they are used all the time.

yo he habldo- i have talked
how often used is say, yo haya hablado, yo hubiera hablado?

Not much. The main usage which springs to mind for the perfect subjunctive is verb-of-emotion + QUE + subjunctive: e.g. "Me gusta que hayas mostrado el deseo de aprender".
And for the pluperfect subjunctive is SI [NO] + pluperfect subjunctive + perfect conditional: e.g. "Si no hubieras preguntado eso, no habría tenido que construir este ejemplo".

Hola,
Usualmente he oído el perfecto usado así
1 Perfecto del indicativo
He oído:D - I´ve heard
Has dicho - You have said
Habremos estado - We shall have been
2 Pluscamperfecto del indicativo, un tiempo pasado
Había oído - I had heard
Habías dicho - You had said
Habíamos estado - We had been
3 Perfecto del Subjuntivo
También hay un tiempo así (con el subjuntivo), he puesto en la letra itálica las frase que requieren el subjuntivo
Haya oído - Les gusta que haya oído sus canciones - They like that I have heard thier songs
Hayas dicho - Es bueno que hayas dicho esas palabras porque sean palabras desnudas - It´s great that you´ve said that because its the truth
Vayamos a haber estado - Lástima que vayamos a haber estado descansados después un corto recorrido - It´s a pity that we are going to be tired after this short run ("ir" es usado aquí porque como dijo Rusty nunca los españoles use el subjuntivo futuro , a excepción de las obras viejas y los documentales del ley (legal documents)
4 Pluscamperfecto del Subjuntivo
Usado en casos parecidos como número 2 que requieren el subjuntivo. También un tiempo pasado
Hubiera oído - Si hubiera oído eso, nadie estaría confundido - If I would have heard that then nobody would be confused
Hubieras dicho - Les gustaba que eso hubieras dicho- They liked that you said that
Hubiéramos estado - Una lástima que hubiéramos estado tal descansados después un corto recorrido - It was a shame that we had been so tired after a short run
Espero tener razón en mis explicaciones y que te ayuden :D

Bob - I think here you are combining two distinct tenses, the perfect (He oído, Has dicho ) and the future perfect (Habremos estado). I'm sure it's easier to consider them as different. :)
