Some issues with 'subjuntivo presente', help appreciated

Hi

I'm supposed to translate these senteces with the use of 'subjuntivo presente' but I've run into some problems:

"My mother hopes everything goes well" (My attempt: Mi madre se quiera que todo salga bien)

"My dad is afraid the trip will be too expensive" (ma: Mi papa tiene miedo que el viaje se haga demasiado caro.)

My boyfriend and I doubt anything will go wrong (ma: Mi novia y yo dudamos que??

"My dad is afraid the trip will be too expensive" (ma: Mi papa tiene miedo que el viaje se haga demasiado caro.)Wrong verb in the secondary clause (there should be no pronoun before this verb (or the one in the previous sentence))

My boyfriend and I doubt anything will go wrong (ma: Mi novia y yo dudamos que?? salir mal / descomponerse / fallar
Hints given above. Which verb you use in the last sentence depends on what is going wrong - your plans, your machinery, your love life, etc.

1: Mi madre quiere que todo salga bien
2: Mi papa tiene miedo que el viaje vuelva demasiado caro.
3: Mi novia yo dudamos que algo salga mal

2: Mi papa tiene miedo que el viaje vuelva demasiado caro. Change the verb volver
3: Mi novia yo dudamos que algo salga mal. I think it's OK!

Here (http://forums.tomisimo.org/showthread.php?t=260) is a post that'll help you choose the right one. You can also google 'es demasiado caro' and 'está demasiado caro' to see what you can infer from the results. ;)

No. Está escrito bien en el presente de subjuntivo. La traducción al inglés saldría igual si tan solo usarámos el subjuntivo en él.
My dad is afraid the trip might be too expensive. Uncertainty must be expressed, and 'will be' doesn't express it.
