Searching for festival information

We are searching for information regarding a festival located in Tizatlan or Tlaxcala. It is called Le Feria de los Bastones and it runs from December 30 to January 6 each year. We cannot seem to locate any information on it. Can someone please send us in the right direction? Thank you

The "Feria del Bastón" is held every year in San Esteban Tizatlán, Tlaxcala. You can google these names and find more on the celebration. :)
