Rip tide & Rip current

How would you say "rip current" and "rip tide" in Spanish?

According to Babylon (www.babylon.com (http://www.babylon.com)), rip current is 'corriente revuelta' and rip tide is 'aguas turbulentas' or 'aguas revueltas'. Hope this helps.

I did a bit of looking, and also found corriente de resaca, but I'm not sure if that's right. I think Rusty's options are better, in the absence of a native speaker's opinion. :)

Also I think riptide can be one word too.

riptide: "corriente revuelta" or "aguas turbulentas"
