Aquí está un hilo, pero no pienso que encontramos cual animal snaps !:) http://forums.tomisimo.org/showthread.php?t=6937&highlight=sonidos
To snap (me parece como un verbo)
The crab snapped at me with his claws, no hay mucho sonido con eso
Bellow -(sonido fuerte del estómago)

Well, my book says noises
Bellow means "bramar" (el toro brama), but I'm not sure if the bull bellows or moos.

I would say both bellow
Animal sounds = animal noises me parecen sílabas
A bellows is a device for delivering pressurized air in a controlled quantity to a controlled location. Basically, a bellows is a deformable container (lungs pulmones) which has an outlet nozzle (mouth boca). When the volume of the bellows is decreased, the air escapes through the outlet.
No pienso que es limitado a los animales . After being shot the man let out a bellow and fainted

Take from me, it depends upon the turtle. There is a type a turtle native
to North America famous for its foul disposition. It is called a snapping turtle, and it is a hostile and ugly creature.

Quiero decir que no sabría decir el sonido que hace una tortuga, ni siquiera en español. ¿Tan mal lo he escrito?

In Spanish would turtles "bite", = "morder"? In English they bite, snap and hiss...
In English, bulls bellow or roar; both bulls and cows can mooo...and both can butt.
Horses scream, whinny, nicker, snort, kick...
Dogs bark, howl, growl, woof, yip, yelp, whine, and bite, nip, snap...
Cats meow, yowl, growl, snarl/hiss, purr, and bite, scratch...
etc...
