"Tu" and "Tuya"

Can anyone explain the difference? They both translate as "your" but I don't understand when to use one or the other.

Hola...

The difference is between: yours and your

This is your bicycle. = Esta es tu bicicleta.
This bicycle is yours. = Esta bicicleta es tuya.
