It's correct, but it sounds very formal. Here are a couple of alternatives.


To ask for and give personal information with ease. (Oral communication can be assumed, or you can insert 'vocally|orally' between 'to ask' to be absolutely clear.)

To easily ask another for personal information and provide one's own.
To ask someone else for personal information and provide one's own, with ease.
