it was written by a Mexican woman. now either my Spanish is no good at all or she can not spell. she also can not use a space bar. it looks like she said "not only does he not have shame but he is a suffering dog and what goes around comes around and he's going to pay very expensive (dearly?) and i will see" but because she can't use a space bar or spell i barely understood her but this is what she wrote.....

This is (I think) what it should have been in Spanish:

Pues sí, pero ése ni vergüenza tiene. Es un perro asqueroso pero todo lo que se hace se paga y esto lo va a pagar muy caro. Ya lo verás. Bueno, amiguito, que estés bien, que yo lo estoy. ¿Ok?
