I have one tip for you, because this method has worked for me.

Always I'm writing my new words in my personal list, if I'm learn a new word then I tend to copy in my personal list so when I need to remember the word again, because casually sometimes I forget the new words, then I check my personal list made in Excel and well, I have consulted again and I can remind the word.

And well I write much all the days in the forums and I try to speak with foreign people in English.

That is my method.

I don't know but that could works for you too.

Yes when I have the needed to remind something forgot time before.

You know sometimes the works waste your time and almost I haven't time for my learning, then when I see for first time some words known for me, I tend to keep the word in my personal list.
