I may be wrong, but I'll try:
The reality (truth?) of my life is that I can't live without the language, and I can't live without posting something here, either.

Thank you, Gracemayer. Just a question below..
What about...
The reality of my life is that I can't be living without the language, and neither I can't be living without posting something here. ?

Hi JPablo. We don't usually use the continuous in this context, tho' the usage reminds me of something - I'm unsure whether it's Irish or US English. In the 2nd part there are various alternatives: 'and neither can I ...' or 'and nor can I ...) or, as Irmamar said 'and I can't ... either.'

Ah, thank you. (I got confused, as I saw "I can't living"... but I see you have the arrow to "I can't live"...)
(Got it on the second part) :)

Hello pals.
I can see some many corrections in my sign, then I will keep it mind your corrections, solely I have a little suggestion, please if you could be more nature in your corrections, because I want not to like to a robot writing in my sign, I want that my sign being more nature like to a person live in the forums.
Sincerely yours.
