There is an entry for this company in Wikipedia that explains what it is. But I don't see any data on how it was named like that. Maybe that is too obvious for the American people, but my question is,
Is this a "books-a-million" brand/company name just a made up thing, or it is just something similar to "thanks-a-million" type of cliche?
Any other idea on how the was this name chosen for being "catchy" or any other "theory" about it?
Thank you. (Not that the answer here is crucial for me, nor that I need to do any "promotion" or "propaganda" of such big company, but I am just curious about it.)
Thanks a bunch, in advance! ;)
