Todavia no he dormido. He sido navigado el internet toda noche. Voy a dormir luego porque necesito. Tengo un trabajo por la noche. Trabajo en un centro de llamada. Mi trabajo es estresante. No hubo trabajo ayer. Estoy agradecido porque he sido poder que descansar.:thinking:
I haven't sleep yet. I was surfing the internet all night. I will sleep later because I need to. I have a work tonight. I work in a call center. My work is stressful. I had no work yesterday. I am thankful because I was able to get some rest.
Please correct my work. I know it's a mess but I really wanna learn. Thanks.:o

I have + part participle (I haven't slept) is often expressed with with the present perfect tense.
I haven't slept. = No he dormido.
You used this tense correctly in the first sentence, but it should not have been used anywhere else because the present perfect tense is not employed in any other sentence you wrote in English.
I work at night = trabajo de noche
all night = toda la noche
The word necesito should not be the only word in a clause. It needs a direct object.
I was + ___-ing structures can almost always be expressed using the imperfect tense.
I was surfing = yo navegaba
call center = centro de llamadas
Are these hints helpful to you?

The direct object pronoun 'me' should precede the conjugated verb, in the indicative mood.
The direct object pronoun 'lo' was removed because there is no direct object in the sentence. In English, the subject of the sentence is 'it'. In Spanish, the subject 'it' is implied when using the 3rd person ('es' is conjugated in the 3rd person), so you don't say it.
If you have any questions, ask.
By the way, I mistyped sugerencias in my previous post. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks again rusty. I guess I need to study harder to learn Spanish. I hope in time I will be able to speak and write Spanish fluently.:o
