la posición de los adverbios

¿Me pueden decir si se puede decir lo siguiente, por favor?

Ayer fue al partido=Yesterday, he went to the game
Fue ayer al partido=Yesterday, he went to the game
Fue al partido, ayer=He went to the game, yesterday

Hice la tarea también
Hice también la tarea
También, hice la tarea
También hice la tarea

All of these seem okay. It's no different in English where you can say:

Yesterday he went to the game.
He went yesterday to the game.
He went to the game yesterday

I have been corrected by my Mexican friend that "hoy" or "ayer" should be put at the beginning of the sentence rather than at the end. I don't know if that's accurate. She speaks more slang than proper Spanish so I say it both ways. No one else has corrected me. I rarely put "hoy" or "ayer" in the middle of the sentence though. At the beginning or the end for me. Hope that helps! :confused:

Putting it in the middle sounds weird, but I was imagining that it could be said with a pause that way, as if you suddenly decided to clarify mid-sentence! :)

You have a lot of flexibility with the words ayer and hoy.

Fue ayer. It was yesterday/ It happened yesterday.
Ayer fue el primer día que ....... Yesterday was the first day that .....
Ayer fue a la tienda. She went to the store yesterday.

All three positions sound ok to me-- at the beginning or end of the sentence, or right after the main verb. Just like Marsopa said.

All are OK, but some are a little forforced, so only valid for specific situations.

Ayer fue al partido=Yesterday, he went to the game :good: The normal answer
Fue ayer al partido=Yesterday, he went to the game :good: Only with pause in the middle (like marsopa says) or as a direct answer of "¿a dondé fue el ayer?"

Fue al partido, ayer=He went to the game, yesterday :good: , but I usually didn't use it so. ¿you say so in english?

Hice la tarea también :good: but sounds odd
Hice también la tarea :good: as an answer of "¿que más hiciste ayer?"
También, hice la tarea :good: but ¿you say so in english?
También hice la tarea :good: The normal answer

Para mí, la posición más normal en inglés para las siguientes frases sería:

Ayer fue al partido - He went to the game yesterday.
También hice la tarea - I did the homework too. / I also did the homework.

No me sentiría muy cómoda diciendo.....
Fue ayer al partido. Creo que es mas común decir.....Ayer fue al partido.

En la situacíon de decir.......
Tambien, hice la tarea.

Would be used when probably making a list of things that were done earlier or yesterday. For example......

Esta mañana me levanté temprano y fuí al mercado, limpié mi casa, y respondí a unos correos electronicos. Ah y tambien, hice la tarea.

Tengo que además estudiar=I have to, in addition, study

Tengo también un libro=I also have a book

La significanza cambia un poquito. Suele usar el adverbio primero, pero
si está escribiendo (o hablando) y usando muchos adverbios es bueno cambiar su sitio en las frases de vez en cuando. Asi, su estilo de escribir (o hablar) es menos aburridor. Tambien si quiero infatizar una cosa o hacer
una cosa menos infatizado se puede cambiar el sitio de adverbio en la frase.

Tengo que estudiar además. Se usa si vas a decir en seguida la otra u otras actividades a realizar aparte de la mencionada.
pe. tengo que estudiar además de hacer un resumen de otro libro.

Tengo que además estudiar. Estoy contigo sosia porque creo que nunca lo he escuchado de esa manera, ni siquiera diria que es poco usual.
