HI
In one of your older posts (from 2008), you talked about adding spanish subs to your spanish movies in order to learn the words. I try to do the same when I can but I just can't seem to find the spanish subs for la misma luna. Its a wonderful movie and I would really appreciate it! Can you help?
Thanks.
At present, I am making great efforts in order to improve my English. I am now inviting all native English speakers to send me messages in Spanish, and I promise to reply to them in English. This way, we both practice our second languages. So if you are interested, just let me know and send me a PM. Correct all my mistakes in English and please do not have mercy on me because I will do the same for you if you write in Spanish.
Thanks for your time and patience.
Regards.
CB.
I lived in León, Nicaragua from Nov 07 - Aug 08. I absolutely LOVED it! Everything about it, and I can't explain why. People ask what I love so much about it and I don't know how to answer. The people, the simplicity, there's just something about it that stole my heart!! If I had my way, I'd be living there now. I will live there one day, just not sure how soon. But while I am here, I am trying to teach myself as much Spanish as I can.
Well, I first came to Mexico when I was 19 years old, in 1975 and fell in love with the place. I knew that if I was ever fortunate enough to be able to retire, that Mexico would be where I wanted to live. Luckily my wife felt the same way. My only regret is that I didn't learn Spanish before I moved here....full-time job, hectic life, laziness, etc. (you know the drill). Good luck in starting over in a new place.
I want to go and live some place new also probably spain or russia. if I may ask why did you choose to move? I think that I just want a new start in a new place. sounds fun
You're exactly right. I like to have a beer now and then, and I have learned as much from Mexican bartenders than I have from books and tutors. And as an added bonus - it's a great place to live
At least you get the chance to practice speaking your Spanish. I am still trying to find someone with whom I can regularly have conversation...... That would put me on a faster track in my learning.
Go to PROJECT and IMPORT AUDIO. Choose your mp3. Go to EDIT and SELECT ALL. Then go to EFFECT and CHANGE TEMPO. Put in -10.00 for -10%. Then go to FILE and EXPORT AS MP3 (you have to have the LAME MP3 Encoder downloaded to do this.) Presto! You're done.
