More than his fair share

More than his fair share
A veces tiene un sentido literal, pero a veces más metafórico. Por ejemplo:

Fred has had more than his fair share of problems this year.

Significa algo cómo "ha tenido más de lo normal de problemas". ¿Hay alguna frase más flúida para traducirlo? ¿"Más de lo justo"?

Ha tenido bastantes problemas este año.

"Lo que le corresponde" parece captarlo bien.

Or "más problemas de los necesarios"... Certainly, problems aren't necessary, but that's the spirit of the sentence.
