From the meaning side, it would be more natural to say "quiero encontrar un vaso grande y barato" as "grande" and "barato" are already adjectives. But we certainly say "quiero encontrar una jarra que tenga dos asas" (asa=handle) and "tenga dos asas" -having two handles- becomes an adjective though none of the words is an adjective. That adjectival phrase linked by "que" qualifies the type of jar you want.
