Hello, if you are a native spanish speaker can you please help me translate this from english:

1. It is too tiring to play congas all night"

2. It is tiring to try to speak another language.

Also you have to decide which Spanish to use with tiring, as there are two options.

A useless answer, but thanks. Usually, you ask something when you don't know the answer!
