If I want to say "They are sexy women" , would that be "son mujeres sexys"? or is the word sexy always without s?
Also, can you say "te ves cansado" for "you look tired"? I read somewhere that the correct form should be "se te ve cansado".

Son mujeres sexis.
Both "te ves cansado" and "se te ve cansado" are correct. Also "pareces cansado".
"Se te ve cansado" means almost literally "you're looked tired".

Hi, Mr. Julvenzor. You are Spanish. Could you explain me how to use "se"?? i am a bit confused with Direct Object , Indirect Object etc.
