Which, if any, highlighted in red is correct:
Una cédula/un gafete de identificación sólo sirve para fines de identificación con fines de identificación para propósitos de identificación con propósitos de identificación Any input is appreciated.

|
"Fines" and "propósitos" are alright.
If you use "con", it will be understood in context. But I prefer "para" because, by definition, you're talking about a purpose.
