Possible explanation from a quick search on Google: "Easo" may refer to the Spanish city of San Sebastián, which is called "la Bella Easo" --as it's supposed to be the Roman name of a city established there in former times. It wouldn't be strange for me that a hotel would be named after a Spanish city, if I judge from the many that can be found in Mexico.
