Como se despertó al instante se desesperó, porque todo a su alrededor era diferente y ella no era ella misma. (Ella) estaba segura de que todavía estaba soñando, pero estaba totalmente consciente y consciente de su entorno y todo era tan vivo, si no más vívida, que a (This preposition makes the sentence lose meaning; get rid of it) su vida normal de vigilia. Ella levantó la vista y vio el cielo. Era azul, sino (Check your vocabulary; "sino" is used to introduce a contradiction like the "but" in "it wasn't this but that") un profundo azul que cualquiera que hubiera visto antes. Lo último que recordaba era sentada (This is a fragmentary construction; you need to reword) en su computadora. Más confuso, lo (This is not an indirect object pronoun) hizo preguntarse cómo podría saber que (What is this linking word doing here? You need a pronoun) cuando ella no reconoce (tense agreement; you've been using verbs in the past and suddenly you leap to the present) ninguna de ellas (All females again?. Las dos chicas (Be careful with this word: although in some regions it can be a synonym of "niñas", in most places, if you use "chicas", then your reader will rather picture young women, over 12 years of age) detrás de ella comenzaron a hablar con ellos (Who are "ellos"? en silencio (Telepathically? Otherwise, you need a different expression) hasta que uno de ellos dijo,

Ella seguía pensando los mismos pensamientos (Avoid this kind of sentences in Spanish; in English it's normal to say "to dream a dream", "to eat food" and the like, but in Spanish they sound terrible, because they are pleonastic. Try to find the right verb for this, but let me know if you need more help), como si había (Past subjunctive needed here) alguna manera de saber lo que era real o no. Sólo en las películas lo hacen (???) las personas se atascan en los sueños o van a otros lugares cuando duermen. Recordó la filosofía que estudia (Conjugation agreement) en la escuela y cómo los grandes filósofos a menudo había (Who?) discutido la inutilidad de ser cierto de lo que es real y qué no lo es (This is unclear; please try rewording). El problema era que ella estaba realmente experimentando su primera mano la filosofía (This is confusing. Try rewording).

"¿No podría ser esto real?"

Adam entonces saltó y explicó: "Usted debe haber sido el soñar despierto (This is very unclear, please try reviewing your verbs), pero confía en mí, todos somos de verdad, este es el mundo real, ese otro lugar es el falso, no trate de recordar que .."
