And finally, here's how I might say the whole thing. It's biased toward Mexican Spanish (use of chamarra etc), so you might take it with a grain of salt, but it might also help:

Está fresco hoy entonces voy a usar guantes, botas y una chamarra para salir porque no quiero que me dé frío. Mañana el tiempo va a estar más bonito y podré usar una playera, pero el jueves tendré que ponerme hasta un abrigo porque va a hacer muchísimo frío.
