A couple more options:

Se me escapa.
I can't quite put my finger on it.
It's on the tip of my tongue.
I can't think of it.
It's slipped my mind.
(This "it's" here is a contraction for "it has", not "it is")
It doesn't come to mind right now.

To me, the phrase "it's beyond me" is really similar, but has a slightly different meaning-- or at least emphasis.
