Do you mean in a figurative sense or literal sense. If literal-- ie trying on clothes, you could try:
Try this / try this on / try this on for size:
Mídetelo.
Prúebalo.
Prueba esto para ver si te queda.

Digo tamaño también. Las dos son iguales. Pero cité una frase precisa que utiliza la palabra talla.

Talla and tamaño are common for clothes, número is used for shoes.
