two of the rooms are already booked by two erasmus girls.
four of the rooms have built-in closets and the fifth one has a brand new closet from IKEA.
all rooms have brand new lift-up storage-beds, mattresses, bedside tables, desks and swivel chairs from IKEA.
each tenant has their own linens and towels.
the apartment is very bright and has just been freshly painted.
it has oil central heating.
the price includes WIFI service with high speed fiber (1.000 Mb) with MOVISTAR.
television is optional.
apart from the rent, the tenant must pay 50 € per month for the utilities (electricity, heating, cold and hot water), as well as for the weekly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment (and that of the rooms, if the tenants so wish).
all rooms have locks and only tenants have access to their respective rooms.
the bus stop to the university is just a few meters from the building.
in the same building there is a DIA supermarket.
there are all kinds of services in the area: gyms, restaurants, supermarkets.
the price shown in the ad corresponds to the room that can be seen in the photos, which has a lift-up storage-bed of 150x200 cm.
