Talking Street level advertising

When I travel in Spanish-speaking countries, I love the mini-lessons in grammar that I get from street level advertising. I am currently in Uruguay for the holidays, and just walked past this sign. It helps me a little with this idiomatic use of estar. ¡Felices fiestas a todos! (Moderators - I'm not sure if the image will upload from my ipad. If not, please delete this thread and I'll repost in a couple of weeks when I get home. Thanks!)
