Remitiéndome simplemente a la tradución aportada, quedaría así:

Espero que lo estés pasando muy bien hoy y que lo/la hayas pasado superbien en el hotel.

La oración que brinda Poli está muy bien.

Si me ciño al original, diría algo como:

Espero que estés pasando un día genial y que pasaras/pasases una estancia amena.
