Medium rare steak

Hi. How would I ask I would like my steak...
well done / medium / rare / medium to rare

Also what would he say? How would you like your steak sir?

bien cocido/bien hecho (well done)
término medio (medium)
poco cocido/poco hecho (medium to rare)
apenas cocido (rare)

My mom liked it rare, but it's so infrequent here -and I supposed in most Spanish speaking world- that she used "mugiendo" (mooing), otherwise she got it medium.

So the Spanish are not faverates of Rare? Interesting.
I like mine poco cocido/poco hecho
