Dead body is, as it is in English, cadáver.
Over my dead body is a saying. I think there is an equivalent saying in Spanish but I'm not sure.

I'm pretty sure you can use "sobre mi cadáver", which means "over my dead body" or "you'd have to kill me first".

There is a related phrase "primero muerto" which is used as a response meaning "I'd rather be dead".

-- ¿Quieres ser mi novia?
-- Primero muerta.

-- Will you be my girlfriend?
-- I'd rather die than be your girlfriend.

Another way of saying essentially the same this would be "jamás de los jamases".
