Hinchar narices

Ahhh finalmente! I thought nobody would ask....

Porque esta mal dicho, pero así se dice.... hay gente que se burla de esto de tener "varias" narices...

I know thers's another word for it, but narices refer to nostrils.

Well, as far as my research has taken me.........

NOSE = NARIZ
NOSTRILS = ORIFICIOS O VENTANAS DE LA NARIZ

Unless you are saying that in the saying itself "narices" refers to the nostrils......

Maybe there's another word..........quizás FOSA NASAL....

That's the correct name/term.

And its plural is: fosas nasales

As you said, the only two I know that are used here are:
orificio/s nasal/es
fosa/s nasal/es -> most common
