Well, as far as my research has taken me.........
NOSE = NARIZ NOSTRILS = ORIFICIOS O VENTANAS DE LA NARIZ Unless you are saying that in the saying itself "narices" refers to the nostrils...... Maybe there's another word..........quizás FOSA NASAL....

As you said, the only two I know that are used here are:
orificio/s nasal/es fosa/s nasal/es -> most common
