Or if you wanted to be formal, you could change "te llamas" to "se llama".

Her credict card was charged correctly and there were no problems with that purchase(except that the zip code of the shipping address was wrong but then I realized that it doesn´t matter because we´re from Spain so our tickets won´t be mailed, they will be held at the registration desk).
So, if there is a ticket under my name, then that's the one I need the order number for. All I really need is a confirmation that I have a ticket in my name, since I didn't receive any confirmation.

I think they misunderstood you and they think you purchased two tickets under your name. My suggestions are above. I expanded and changed the ending to be more clear and explicit as to what exactly you are asking for. Good luck!

Yep, that's exactly what I was going for. I used se llama because if he's a million years old, then he's my senior and definately deserves to be addressed formally!
